This article is about President Barack Obama’s proposal of a $3.8 trillion budget. He plans to use the budget by splitting it according to the needs of each government branch. For example, $30 billion will be allocated to modernize schools and $30 billion to pay for school staff. The proposed budget will raise taxes on the wealthy by $1.5 trillion. The proposed reason for the budget is that national government spending is already cut back, but there still needs to be certain amounts of investment and spending to improve conditions. The president will be formally proposing the 2013 budget in Washington D.C. later this month.
3.8 trillion dollars is a lot of money to be handing. Luckily, Obama has shown us they=t he knows what hes doing, so we shouldn't fear. i am glad to hear hes spending 30 billion on education though.
